This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance user experiences. Key Responsibilities Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance. Build scalable, maintainable web applications using modern frontend frameworks. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
