Position Overview This role focuses primarily on JavaScript, React, and GraphQL development, starting on the web to build familiarity with our systems. Over time, there may be opportunities to work on additional platforms such as TVUI, iOS, and Android, depending on business needs, your interests, and your skill set. The position involves extensive cross-functional collaboration with design, product management, backend engineering, and data science. It’s a great fit for someone whose curiosity extends beyond pure engineering into areas such as UX design, consumer behavior/psychology, or business strategy and growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build delightful, performant, and accessible user experiences Contribute to product features and A/B tests by using JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and GraphQL Develop highly maintainable web and TV client code (both React applications) with effective documentation Write automated tests with React Testing Library and other test frameworks, from unit tests to full end-to-end UI automation, to deliver high-quality code Requirements List 4–6 key qualifications or skills required for success in this role 6+ years of experience building, and shipping software using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, or server-driven UI techniques and using unit tests and other automation to validate its quality Always seeking different perspectives, feedback, and relevant information to continuously grow and improve Taking a thoughtful, practical approach to problem-solving that considers tradeoffs and avoids over-engineering Endeavors to elevate the knowledge, skills, and abilities of yourself and others that is conducive to fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment Nice To Haves Or Preferred Skills Experience in FS, Mobile or TV is a bonus Pay Rate Range 100-150/hr
