DevOps / IT Systems Engineer

About us UAB "Creative Partner" is a Klaipėda-based IT company that has been building custom technology solutions for businesses in Lithuania and abroad for more than a decade. We develop websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps, platforms and systems, and we also provide UI/UX design, systems integration and cybersecurity services. Design, maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, etc.) and keep an eye on costs.CI/CD and automation. Build and maintain deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Bitbucket Pipelines) and automate repetitive tasks.Infrastructure as Code. Manage infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation or similar tools.Containerization. Deploy and maintain Docker-based environments.Monitoring and reliability. Set up monitoring, log management, backups and recovery procedures, and respond to incidents.Cybersecurity. Implement and maintain security measures such as access management, MFA, encryption, vulnerability management and patching. Prepare security policies and train the team on secure practices.IT administration. Manage employee accounts, devices, software licenses, the office network and VPN, and provide internal IT support.Support for developers and clients. Help the development team with server environments, domains, SSL certificates, email configuration and hosting for WordPress / web projects. What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in DevOps, systems administration or a similar role.Hands-on experience with AWS.Solid Linux administration skills.Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).Good networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), VPN, firewalls).Ability to write automation scripts (Bash, Python or similar).Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and a responsible approach to data protection.Ability to work independently, set priorities and communicate clearly with the team and clients.
