This role supports the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprisescale Azure cloud platforms within a large and complex enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering cloud governance, automation, and infrastructure services, ensuring secure, scalable, and well-managed cloud environments.
Active SC Clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Azure cloud platform services.Azure-to-Azure Tenant-to-Tenant MigrationMigrating Azure subscriptions between tenants.Migrating Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identities, groups and RBAC permissions.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.Implement cloud governance, security controls, and operational best practices.Work closely with architecture, networking, security, and delivery teams.Drive platform automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement.Support cloud adoption and migration initiatives across the organisation.Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical standards.
Essential Experience
Active SC Clearance.Strong hands-on Azure experience.Proven experience delivering Azure Landing Zones and Least Priveledge accessAzure-to-Azure Tenant-to-Tenant Migration project experienceInfrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.Azure networking, identity, and security services.Git-based source control and DevOps practices.Experience working within large enterprise environments.Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Enterprise.AKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.Azure Policy, Management Groups, and RBAC.Hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.FinOps and cloud cost optimisation.Azure Certifications
