Junior Software Engineer — AI Startup We are an early-stage AI startup building a next-generation hiring intelligence and automation platform. We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven university student to join us as a Junior Software Engineer. This is a role for someone who wants to help build a startup from the ground up. You should be technically strong, highly curious, have a good eye for UX and product design, and be genuinely interested in AI, automation and agent-based systems. What You Will Do You will work closely with the founders and technical team on the core product. Your work may include: Building new product featuresWorking across frontend and backendDeveloping intuitive user experiencesRapidly prototyping new ideasWorking with LLMs, AI agents and automation workflowsIntegrating APIs and external data sourcesImproving product usability and user journeysTesting new AI technologiesHelping shape the product roadmap and technical architectureManaging code through GitHubWorking with Supabase for database, authentication and backend servicesUsing Cloudflare and related infrastructureTaking features through the full deployment cycle, from development and testing through to production Who We Are Looking For We care much more about talent, drive and ability to build than years of professional experience.
