About the Company Hays is currently recruiting a Senior Development Manager to oversee a groundbreaking project in Perth, WA. About the Role This role will involve leading a large-scale, master planned land subdivision project from feasibility to delivery. Working directly for the developer you will oversee the rollout of over 7000 lots, a windfarm, and commercial properties over the next 15+ years. Your role will be to support the delivery of these already sold lots ensuring feasibility and planning is on track. With over 200 lots already constructed and stage 6/7 commencing in the coming months you will have the support of a project manager and town planner to support you in this delivery. Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studiesDrive strategy and execution of the master planOversee procurement and performance of contractors and service providersBuild relationships with stakeholdersGuide and negotiate approvals, zoning, and infrastructure contributionsLead delivery Qualifications Feasibility expertiseQualification in engineering, development or similar5+ years experience in residential land development Required Skills Ability to deliver complex multi-stage developmentsExpertise in programmingStrong commercial acumen and financial literacyAbility to travel to the site 1.5H away every fortnight Offices based in Perth City Centre location.
