Founding AI Software Engineer Munich A fast-growing Munich tech start-up is hiring an early-stage Software Engineer to help build and ship AI-powered products at pace. You’ll work closely with the founders, take real ownership from day one, and have a major say in the product, architecture, and engineering culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants to see their work in customers’ hands, not stuck in a backlog. What we’re looking for Strong software engineering experience, ideally across product, backend, or full-stack developmentExperience building with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or modern AI application toolingExposure to technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Azure AI, or AWS BedrockA practical, ownership-led mindset: able to make decisions, solve problems, and ship without lots of processExcitement about the reality of early-stage start-up life: high autonomy, changing priorities, and plenty of opportunity to make an impact Why join?
