Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and backend applications.Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and modern distributed architectures.Develop and support containerized applications running on Kubernetes.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, platform reliability, and engineering best practices.Improve observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.Collaborate with global engineering teams in an Agile environment.Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Devin to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.Requirements
5+ years of commercial Java development experience.Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.Experience building scalable, distributed applications.Hands-on experience with Kafka.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.Experience with GitLab and CI/CD practices.Understanding of monitoring and observability tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Fluent English.Nice to Have
AWS experience.Knowledge of securities settlement, post-trade processing, or capital markets.Experience with Argo CD.Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
