As a Senior Security Services Engineer, you'll take a leading technical role in strengthening icare's security services, with a particular focus on Privileged Access Management, CyberArk, security engineering and penetration testing. You'll have the opportunity to work end to end, from solution design and implementation through to operational support and continuous improvement, while contributing to emerging areas of security technology. You'll also share your expertise with others, mentor junior team members and broaden your own capability across security disciplines. What you'll be working onLead the engineering, integration and lifecycle management of enterprise security services, with a strong focus on CyberArk and Privileged Access Management.Take ownership of complex security solutions from requirements and design through to implementation, integration, optimisation and operational support.Conduct and support penetration testing and technical security assessments, translating findings into practical security improvements.Strengthen security controls across cloud and on-premises environments, working across cyber security, infrastructure, architecture, DevOps and technology teams.Explore, evaluate and pilot emerging security technologies, including opportunities involving AI-based security capabilities and automation.Troubleshoot complex technical security challenges and identify opportunities to improve the resilience, scalability and effectiveness of security platforms.Mentor junior colleagues, share technical knowledge and contribute to capability uplift across the cyber security function. What you'll bringSignificant experience in cyber security engineering or technical security roles within large or complex organisations.Strong hands-on security engineering expertise, ideally including CyberArk, Privileged Access Management or enterprise security platforms.Experience implementing and managing enterprise-scale security technologies across cloud and on-premises environments.Experience with penetration testing, security assessments or related technical security testing, or the motivation and technical foundation to broaden your capability in these areas.Ability to independently navigate complex technical problems and take security initiatives from concept through to operational delivery.Experience contributing to large-scale technology transformations, security uplift programs, platform implementations or major upgrades.Ability to explain complex security and technology issues clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, Information Technology or a related discipline, and/or equivalent industry experience.
