This is an opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's largest Defence infrastructure programs, delivering critical facilities across the Riverina region that will support Defence capability for decades to come. About The Project The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is delivering approximately $1.7 billion in infrastructure upgrades and replacement works across key Defence establishments, including: Albury-Wodonga Military Area (AWMA)RAAF Base Wagga (RBW)Blamey Barracks Kapooka (BBK) Project Scope Includes New accommodation and living-in facilitiesTraining and mess facilitiesBuilding refurbishments and upgradesMajor infrastructure and services upgrades The Opportunity Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering building and construction work packages safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. We are particularly interested in speaking with Project Engineers who have experience across: Commercial building projectsDefence infrastructureAccommodation and residential developmentsEducation facilitiesHealth and hospital projectsLarge-scale fitout programsTrades and finishing packagesFacades, roofing and building envelopesPrecast and structural worksCommissioning and handover activities You Will Be Responsible For Coordinating subcontractors and site teamsManaging building work packages from planning through to completionMonitoring cost, quality and programme performanceResolving engineering and technical issuesEnsuring compliance with project specifications and standardsDriving a strong Zero Harm culture across the project About You To be successful, you will bring: Degree qualification in EngineeringApproximately 5+ years' project engineering experience within the construction industryStrong building construction backgroundExperience managing subcontractors, trades and work packagesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong commercial and delivery focusProven ability to lead and mentor junior engineersAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance Why Join RRJV?
