About the Opportunity:
The STAFF FULL-STACK ENGINEER, Experience Team, plays a pivotal role in transforming enterprise knowledge management by designing and building infrastructure for AI-driven content creation at scale.
This position is responsible for developing automation pipelines, AI tooling, and integrations that unify knowledge platforms into an intelligent content engine, directly impacting how users access and receive tailored information.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code following best software engineering practices.Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and manage code through design, implementation, testing, and delivery.Design user-friendly software that allows for customization and extensibility.Contribute to new product and feature development alongside enhancing existing products.Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.Minimum of 6 years in software engineering with strong object-oriented programming skills.Broad technical expertise and sound architectural judgment.Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and cloud platform operations.Exposure to content platforms, knowledge management, or structured content formats.Background in SaaS or enterprise technology.Proficiency in JavaScript and modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.Hands-on experience with AI workflows, large language model integrations, or agentic tooling.Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance considerations.Experience with cloud production systems, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.Ability to manage complex technical projects autonomously.Experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical team growth.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base pay between $149,800 and $262,200, plus equity when applicable.Variable/incentive compensation.Benefits including health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan, matching donations, flexible time off, and family leave programs.
