About The Role We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join our client's dynamic Mobile Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and evolving high-quality mobile applications within a fast-paced digital environment. Your expertise will drive technical excellence, influence architecture decisions, mentor fellow engineers, and deliver exceptional mobile experiences that generate tangible value for customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to define innovative solutions, guide technical strategies, and promote best practices in Android development. The role involves taking ownership of complex mobile initiatives from discovery through to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Desirable qualifications include exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), experience working within large-scale Agile teams, and involvement in evolving mobile engineering standards and best practices.
