About The Role As a Senior iOS Engineer at RxREVU, Inc., you will be instrumental in developing innovative mobile experiences that enhance our healthcare platform's capabilities. You will work within a dynamic, cross-functional team to design, develop, and optimize scalable iOS applications that serve a broad user base across multiple regions. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless, high-performance mobile solutions that integrate complex features such as personalized health recommendations, secure communication channels, and interactive patient engagement tools. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence the evolution of our iOS ecosystem as we expand our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and Stakeholders to deliver robust, user-centric mobile applications that meet the highest standards of quality and security. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in Swift and hands-on experience working on large-scale, production-level iOS applications. Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks such as Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Android development is a plus. You should have a deep understanding of modular architecture principles and scalable application structures, with practical experience implementing Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns. A solid grasp of modern concurrency concepts, memory management, and performance optimization in iOS is essential. You should be experienced in writing comprehensive unit tests, improving test coverage, and establishing robust testing strategies. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and automation tools is critical for ensuring reliable deployment workflows. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, strong debugging abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality, performant mobile solutions within complex environments such as Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech platforms. Responsibilities Drive the modularization and continuous evolution of a scalable iOS architecture to support current and future product needs.Define, implement, and refine technical standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across development teams.Build reusable and maintainable mobile components for Retail Media experiences, including sponsored products, brand promotions, personalized recommendations, and banners.Enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve build reliability, deployment speed, and overall release quality.Strengthen testing strategies by establishing comprehensive test coverage, automated testing frameworks, and quality assurance protocols.Improve app stability, performance, and overall technical health through proactive monitoring, profiling, and optimization.Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and security.Strategically reduce technical debt while enabling product teams through platform enhancements and tooling improvements.Implement feature flags, A/B testing, and experimentation to validate new customer experiences and optimize user engagement.
