About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SC Cleared Senior Full Stack Developer to join a vital engineering team within our client organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the development, enhancement, and operational stability of platform services. As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices are adhered to and high-quality deliverables are achieved. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely on a contract basis, with a focus on designing and implementing microservice-based solutions in cloud environments. Your expertise will contribute to the success of mission-critical projects, supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and technological advancements. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in full stack development. Essential qualifications include proficiency in C#, .NET, and Entity Framework, along with expertise in REST API development and microservices architecture. Experience working with React and JavaScript, with Vue.js as a desirable skill, is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. A solid understanding of PostgreSQL, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices is essential. Leadership experience in development teams, including code reviews and mentoring, is highly valued. Additional desirable skills include Elastic/Kibana, WPF, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools. Candidates must hold an active SC clearance and demonstrate a commitment to delivering secure and resilient software solutions. Responsibilities The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications using C#, .NET, React, Vue.js, and REST APIs. You will design and implement microservice-based solutions within cloud environments, ensuring they meet performance, security, and operational requirements. Leading complex development work packages and coordinating software changes will be key aspects of your role. Conducting thorough code reviews and promoting engineering best practices will help maintain high standards across the team. You will support solution design and contribute to technical architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. In addition, you will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps processes to streamline deployment and operational workflows. Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance within Agile teams will be part of your responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will investigate and resolve complex application and platform issues, ensuring high availability and resilience of services. Supporting service improvement initiatives, operational resilience, and incident resolution activities will be integral to maintaining platform stability and performance.
