About The Role We are seeking a skilled Shopware Webentwickler (m/w/d) to join our dynamic IT team in Lünen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development, technical optimization, and maintenance of our Shopware 6 e-commerce platforms. This role involves creating and customizing plugins, extensions, and interfaces to enhance the functionality and user experience of our online stores. Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, procurement, and product management teams, you will implement new features, support digital marketing campaigns, and monitor website performance to ensure optimal operation. Additionally, there is an optional opportunity to contribute to the development of our corporate website based on WordPress, broadening your scope within digital solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in Shopware development, preferably with Shopware 6. You should have strong technical skills in PHP, Symfony, Twig, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in plugin development, API integrations, and e-commerce processes is essential. A solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and website performance optimization is also required. You should demonstrate a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-departmental collaboration. Reliability, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility are key attributes for success in this role.
