About The Role We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our multibanking platform, a cloud-based web application that handles high-volume financial transactions with precision and security. Your responsibilities will span the entire development lifecycle, from designing scalable backend solutions to crafting intuitive frontend interfaces. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including software developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and agile coaches to deliver innovative features that meet customer needs and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust, scalable, and user-centric banking software, with a keen interest in leveraging artificial intelligence tools to optimize development processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that encourages experimentation, continuous improvement, and active participation in decision-making regarding tools and technologies used. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, demonstrating proficiency in both frontend and backend development within complex software environments. Expertise in React and TypeScript for frontend development is essential, alongside solid backend skills in Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda), and microservices architecture is highly desirable. Experience in integrating and utilizing AI tools within development workflows is a plus, as is prior experience in building AI applications. A strong understanding of clean code principles, test-driven development, and agile methodologies is required, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software. Fluency in German at C2 level is necessary for effective communication within the team and during meetings. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and a passion for creating innovative banking solutions that delight customers.
