What You'll Be Doing
Own technical delivery from discovery and design through deployment and operation.
Work directly with clients to understand their systems, data, integrations and constraints.Build production software, APIs, integrations, agents and automations.
Translate requirements into technical designs, estimates and acceptance criteria; choose components that balance performance, cost and reliability.Establish production quality.
Create evaluations and tests for model behavior, edge cases and failures.
Build human review into consequential workflows, with logging, monitoring, alerts and clear error handling.Deploy and support delivered systems.
Follow our release process with rollback plans and operating documentation; provide support within the engagement's coverage.Build the engineering function.
Work with Syed, AR and the founders to establish reusable architecture and delivery practices.
Partner with a strategist who owns business requirements, client coordination and adoption.
What You’ll Need
Experience shipping and supporting production software used by customers or operating teams.Strong architecture, testing, security and debugging skills.Hands-on work with LLMs or AI workflows, including evaluating their behavior.Experience integrating APIs, data and unfamiliar systems.Clear customer communication and the ability to explain technical decisions in business terms.Experience using coding agents while reviewing and verifying the software they produce.
