Learn more about us and what we do at aware.com.au Your New Role We're looking for an experienced Software Developer, MarTech to join our Digital Channels Technology team and help deliver and enhance the technology that supports our digital experiences. In this role, you'll work across our MarTech ecosystem, partnering with development teams, Digital Product Owners and stakeholders to understand requirements, solve technical challenges and maintain and optimise our existing platforms. You'll support solutions across technologies including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target and Google Marketing Platform. Permanent Role Open to Sydney or Melbourne Key responsibilities include: Delivering and supporting software-based solutions across our digital technology environment.Supporting the design, development, configuration, testing and ongoing maintenance of MarTech solutions.Preparing non-production environments and supporting project and BAU initiatives.Managing configuration changes, releases, incidents and service requests in line with established technology processes.Collaborating with Technology teams, business stakeholders, Digital Product Owners, Risk and Compliance teams and external technology partners.Identifying and helping mitigate risks across digital platforms.Contributing to team planning and roadmap activities while promoting technology, architecture and security standards. How do you exceed our expectations? You'll bring strong technical capability alongside the communication and stakeholder skills to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams. Ideally, you'll have: Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline.3+ years' experience working within or supporting Digital Marketing teams.3+ years' experience using analytics solutions such as Adobe Experience Cloud or Google Marketing Platform.3+ years' experience with tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Data Collection.Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics and AJO.JavaScript knowledge and an understanding of design principles and tools.Experience designing, implementing and managing connected digital capabilities across a MarTech ecosystem.A good understanding of application development security best practices.Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
