Technology Lead - Data on Cloud and AWS

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – Data on Cloud / AWS with strong expertise in cloud technologies, machine learning, and AI/ML model development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions on cloud platforms, with AWS as the primary environment. Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of AWS core servicesHands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google CloudStrong Python programming skillsExperience with Machine Learning and Deep LearningStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience developing and deploying AI/ML modelsExperience with data pipelines for model training and deployment Technical Responsibilities Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business insights.Design and implement AI solutions for predictive analytics, automation, recommendation systems, NLP, and computer vision.Build and maintain data pipelines supporting model training and deployment.Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and monitor model performance.Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders.Perform model evaluation, tuning, and continuous improvement.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.Research and implement emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.Prepare technical documentation and present technical findings to stakeholders.
