Contract to hire must JOB OVERVIEW As a Senior Software Engineer on the Portfolio Implementation Technology team, you'll design, build, and support the systems that implement investment decisions. You will work collaboratively with a strong team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES · Design and implement software components and applications across the full stack — web, mobile, desktop, and platform-level services · Influence architecture and drive technical decisions across the team, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health · Partner with business teams, project managers, and systems analysts to turn business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and test plans · Support the full delivery lifecycle: design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and production support QUALIFICATIONS · 5+ years of experience designing and developing durable and impactful software solutions with exposure to AI-driven agentic engineering practices · Comfortable with SDLC tools such as issue tracking (JIRA / Linear), source code management (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions), IDEs (VS Code / IntelliJ / Eclipse), AI tools (Claude Code / GitHub Copilot), Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), Languages (Java / Python / TypeScript), and databases (Oracle / MySQL) · Excellent communication and commitment to working independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment · A mindset to be a dependable steward of a business-critical platform, while embracing continuous improvement Estimated Min Rate: $52.50 Estimated Max Rate: $75.00 What’s In It for You?
