Frontend Engineer

A large engineering organisation is looking for an experienced engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to build and scale digital products and customer experiences, influencing technical strategy and engineering best practices across high-impact applications. What You'll Be Doing Lead the planning and delivery of complex frontend projects, translating requirements into clear technical solutions.Take end-to-end ownership of critical applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.Drive technical decision-making and architecture discussions while balancing business priorities with technical health.Deliver high-quality, production-ready code that is secure, performant, and well-tested.Mentor and support other engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance. What We're Looking For Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures.Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in frontend engineering or a similar software engineering role.Strong understanding of React internals, modern frameworks, and state management patterns.Proven experience optimising performance and working within agile development environments.Experience with testing frameworks, accessibility standards, and frontend security best practices.
