This is one of the hardest, most important problems in security right now, as companies adopt AI faster than they can protect the data behind it.
You'll own features end to end on the core of the platform, alongside a talented group of engineers who are invested in your growth, owning real work on the systems customers trust with their most sensitive data.

What You'll Do
Build customer-facing features across the stack, from backend services to the interface security teams rely on every dayDebug live production systems and solve problems that only exist at petabyte scale, early in your careerTurn ambiguous problems into shipped features that keep sensitive data safe, with real say in what gets builtTake on the hardest problems in data security, alongside engineers with deep expertise in distributed systems, ML, and scaleOwn what you ship end to end, from design decisions to protecting real customer data at companies like Polymarket and The Atlantic
About You
0-2 years of professional experience, or a strong internship and project recordWorking proficiency in Go, Python, or a comparable back-end languageFamiliarity with databases, data modeling, and schema designYou use AI tools to move faster, and you want to get better at using them wellFrontend experience a plusMust be based in NYC and able to work from our Financial District office 3 days a week
