Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Software Engineer 5 – Lead (Automotive domain- Mandatory) to provide technical leadership and delivery ownership for a team building and operating scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and search technologies, along with proven technical leadership experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for enterprise software engineering teams.Define architecture standards, engineering best practices, and technology strategy.Lead AWS cloud adoption, modernization, and cloud-native development.Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance solutions.Guide development of Spring Boot microservices and distributed systems.Drive DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability practices.Promote AI-assisted development and engineering productivity.Support production operations, incident management, and continuous improvement.Mentor and coach engineers.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Platform Teams, and business stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree.10+ years of software engineering experience.5+ years in a technical lead, engineering lead, or similar leadership role.Proven experience delivering cloud-native applications in enterprise environments.Required Technical SkillsApplication Development
