You apply deep technical expertise in software application layer solutions to develop and deliver scalable design blueprints across the end-to-end software development life cycle. What You’ll DoDesign and implement robust software solutions across multiple platforms with high-quality, well-tested code.Conduct code reviews and maintain codebases to ensure long-term stability and performance.Break down product requirements into actionable user stories and tasks, contributing to roadmap planning.Automate build, test, and deployment workflows to streamline delivery.Research emerging technologies and contribute to innovation within the team.Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver feasible technical solutions.Produce clear technical documentation and support cross-functional initiatives.Identify, resolve, and escalate issues that threaten successful delivery of assigned initiatives. About You – Essential RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Java (mandatory).Strong experience developing and deploying API / Microservices using Spring Boot.Proven ability to decode and process high-performance network protocols.Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Bamboo, Jira, BitBucket/GitLab, SonarQube, and Veracode.Experience with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Good working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse).Experience with messaging systems (Kafka and/or ActiveMQ).Australian Citizenship and current NV1 or higher (NV1/NV2 minimum) Government Security Clearance (mandatory – roles without this will not be considered).Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects.Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills in a tight-knit team environment. Highly AdvantageousProficiency in Golang.Familiarity with API Gateways such as WSO2 or NGINX. Important NoteCandidates must be Australian Citizens holding a current NV1/NV2 (or higher) security clearance to be considered. This role requires you to hold and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.
