What You'll Do
Design, develop, and support data engineering and analytics solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.
Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and data products using Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, and cloud-native services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into technical solutions.
Perform data discovery, profiling, validation, and quality assessment activities.
Support the development of reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
Contribute to solution design workshops, technical documentation, and client presentations.
Troubleshoot and optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and reliability.
Work closely with architects and senior team members to implement best practices for governance, security, and data management.
Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data platforms.
Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, dimensional modeling, and modern analytics architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
