Hiring: Application/Production Support Engineer – Salesforce
Location: Toronto, ON — 4 days/week onsite (non-negotiable)
Interview: Face-to-face interview required (L1 and/or Client Interview)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Application/Production Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications, including Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for global front-office usersManage Incident, Problem & Change Management following ITIL processesCoordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancementsImprove system reliability through monitoring, automation, and CI/CDPerform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordinationMaintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materialsCollaborate with business, technology, compliance teams, and vendorsParticipate in on call/weekend release rotations
Must-Have Skills:
7–12 years of Application/Production Support experienceStrong L2/L3 Production Support experiencePython or similar scripting/automationLinux/Windows + SQLStrong understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change ManagementMonitoring, troubleshooting, and RCA experienceCapital Markets / Investment Banking experience strongly preferred
