Location: Toronto, ON (on-site 4 days per week, non-negotiable) Interview: In-person interview required (L1 and/or client interview) About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer to keep a portfolio of Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications running smoothly, including Salesforce, Dealogic and Capital IQ. You will support front-office users around the world, keep systems stable, and help automate and streamline releases. What You'll Do Deliver L2/L3 production support to front-office users across global platformsOwn incident, problem and change management in line with ITIL practicesCoordinate releases, bug fixes and enhancements with internal teams and vendorsBoost system reliability through monitoring, automation and DevOps/CI-CD practicesSupport capacity planning and disaster recovery coordinationCreate and maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge-sharing resourcesWork closely with business, technology and compliance teamsTake part in the on-call and weekend release rotation What You Bring 7 to 12 years of experience in application or production supportCapital Markets or Investment Banking platform experience (strongly preferred)Hands-on L2/L3 support in enterprise application environmentsScripting and automation skills in Python or a similar languageWorking knowledge of Linux/Windows and SQLSolid grounding in ITIL incident, problem and change managementA proactive, stability-focused approach to root cause analysis Nice to Have Monitoring tools: Geneos, AppDynamics or DynatraceScheduling tools: Control-M or AutosysDevOps/CI-CD: Jenkins, GitHub or AnsibleCloud and modern tech: AWS, Docker or KubernetesKnowledge of Salesforce and other Capital Markets platforms Who You Are A strong analytical thinker and communicator who manages stakeholders wellComfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environmentDetail-oriented, proactive and focused on automation Please note: This role requires working on-site in Toronto four days a week, and this is not flexible.
