Job Description: The Company Owner Relations Technology is an software company that is growing fast. We supply a unique software solution for Branded Hotels, Property Managers and Hoteliers worldwide. We specialize in software for Owner Accounting and Owner Portal software solutions for Condo Hotels, Fractional Hotels, HOAs, Branded Residences, and Property Management Companies. Our client base consists mainly of 4- and 5-star Resort hotels located throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. POSITION To oversee operations at Owner Relations, managing and coaching department heads through targeted goals to achieve company objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement operational standards for all departments, including Accounting, Marketing, Sales, IT, Product Development, Implementations and Support. Establish policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace culture and clear vision. Nurture effective ongoing inter-departmental communication. Prepare and maintain ongoing budgets and forecasts with contingencies adjusted as required. Derive improved methodologies that increase the accuracy of forecasts and budgets and enable strategic business decisions. Ensure products and services surpass expectations, help to retain customers and achieve overall company goals. Control costs and hold departments accountable for their budgets and forecasts. Delegate responsibilities to ensure team members grow, and to employ coaching to optimize capabilities. Assess and implement improved processes and technologies, collaborating with corporate management through the implementation of such improvements. Chair weekly executive meetings. Assist managers when hiring, establishing standards and priorities and maintaining appropriate coverage. Seek out and manage revenue opportunities, including viable and profitable development projects and third-party partnerships. Manage third-party relationships and partnerships. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Previous management experience is essential, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience in creating and managing operating budgets and business plans is required. Strategic planner with a strong focus on new sales and growth. Well-developed HR management skills are essential. Skilled in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.
