Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise environmentsStrong experience with Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIsFull-stack development experience, including front-end development with Angular (v5+) and JavaScriptExperience with AWS Lambda (or similar serverless technologies), including end-to-end system integration and deploymentsHands-on experience with API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, SSO / OAuthStrong experience designing and implementing high-volume, high-availability applications with a high degree of automationExperience with cloud services and DevOps tools, including OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Ansible, and IaaS / PaaS technologiesComfortable working in an Agile / SCRUM environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changeStrong technical leadership experience as a Technical Lead, including:Leading design and architecture discussionsProviding technical direction and guidance to development teamsConducting code reviews and ensuring best practices and coding standardsMentoring and supporting junior and intermediate developersStrong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-motivated, positive, and able to work independently or as part of a teamStrong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Experience with mobile application development (e.g., Apache Cordova)Experience with additional AWS services beyond core requirementsExperience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
