Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Opportunity: The SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER role is critical to designing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports a scalable, secure, and highly available incident response platform. This position ensures operational reliability, supports deployment strategies, and enables engineering teams to deliver features confidently. The role directly impacts customer success by maintaining platform availability during critical cybersecurity events. Responsibilities: Architect and operate infrastructure for scalable software platforms.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Establish reliable deployment practices.Develop resilient, automated systems focused on reliability, security, and observability.Optimize deployment workflows and ensure system availability under pressure.Manage infrastructure across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.Implement observability solutions and manage secrets. Requirements: 5+ years of DevOps/infrastructure experience in production SaaS environments.Strong AWS and Azure cloud platform expertise.Terraform experience for multi-cloud infrastructure management.Production Kubernetes experience including service mesh technologies.Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins).Containerization and orchestration experience at scale.Proficiency in Python or Go.Experience with data pipeline infrastructure and data lake operations.Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.Database operations knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.Experience with secrets management solutions.Knowledge of GitOps and infrastructure automation. Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, workflow orchestration platforms, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks.Background in cybersecurity or incident response environments.
