Senior Oracle DevOps / Release Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Focus: Oracle DevOps | CI/CD | Release Management | Production Deployments
We are looking for a Senior Oracle DevOps / Release Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting the Oracle application and database ecosystem.
This is not a generic DevOps position.
Key Responsibilities
Own and coordinate Oracle application releases and production deployments
Manage code promotion across development, test, QA/UAT, and production environments
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Support deployments involving Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Visual Builder/VBCS
Troubleshoot deployment failures, release issues, environment issues, and production deployment problems
Establish repeatable release processes, deployment standards, controls, and best practices
Improve automation and reduce manual deployment activities
Coordinate releases across development, QA, infrastructure, database, application, and business teams
Manage release schedules, dependencies, approvals, rollback plans, and production readiness
Improve monitoring, observability, deployment validation, and post-release support
Help drive the organization's broader Oracle DevOps transformation and process maturity

Strong experience with the Oracle technology ecosystem
Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL
Oracle APEX
Oracle Visual Builder / VBCS
Strong CI/CD and deployment automation experience
Production deployment and release-management experience
Experience promoting application/database changes across multiple environments
Strong troubleshooting skills for failed deployments and production releases
Ability to independently own release and deployment processes
