Senior iOS Engineer - Consumer Applications

We’re looking for an iOS Engineer to join the Native App team supporting the consumer-facing Abercrombie and Hollister iOS apps. This engineer will contribute to delivering high-quality mobile experiences that serve millions of customers, partnering closely with product, design, and backend teams to build scalable and engaging retail experiences. This role will play a key part in evolving our apps through modern iOS development practices and exploring the integration of AI-driven capabilities that enhance customer journeys. What Will You Be Doing? Design, develop, and maintain features for the Abercrombie and Hollister iOS applicationsContribute to the full app lifecycle including discovery, design, development, testing, release, and post-launch supportCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsWrite clean, testable, and maintainable Swift code following team standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremoniesPartner with Android and backend teams to ensure cohesive, cross-platform experiencesIdentify opportunities to improve app performance, reliability, and developer experienceContribute to architectural decisions using established patterns such as MVVM and modular designStay current with iOS trends, tools, and emerging technologies AI & Innovation Focus Contribute to integrating AI-driven features such as personalization, recommendations, and conversational experiencesSupport experimentation with emerging technologies such as on-device ML and agent-based experiencesLeverage data and analytics to measure the impact of AI-enabled featuresExplore ways to improve both customer experience and developer productivity through AIContribute to integrating AI-driven features such as personalization, recommendations, and conversational experiencesSupport experimentation with emerging technologies such as on-device ML and agent-based experiencesLeverage data and analytics to measure the impact of AI-enabled featuresExplore ways to improve both customer experience and developer productivity through AI What Do You Need to Bring? Core Technical Skills 5-7+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on iOS developmentStrong experience with Swift and Apple iOS frameworksUnderstanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM or Clean ArchitectureExperience building scalable, high-quality mobile applicationsFamiliarity with REST APIs and backend service integrationExperience with testing, debugging, and performance optimizationWorking knowledge of Git and CI/CDOrg. Therefore, in states and cities that require the hourly or salary compensation or pay range to be included in a job posting, the recruiting pay range for this position is $103,000 - $127,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your years of experience, your work location, comparison to other employees in similar or related roles, or market demands. The range may be modified in the future.
