Job Description Summary This Staff Technical Product Manager will be part of Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) team and will be responsible for leading the Product roadmap, working with cross functional Business stakeholders in understanding business problems, documenting Business Requirements, working with various teams to solution and deliver completed functionality. This is a product owner role in finance domain requiring excellent business analytical and product management skills with solid technical background, good organization, presentation skills and attention to detail. Job Description In this role, you will be: Demonstrating solid Product Management, Project Management & Business Analytical skills working with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.Demonstrating Financial business acumen, knowing latest industry trends and being looked at as an internal expert on the product.Interacting with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.Possessing a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product is critical for the success of this role.Routinely collaborating with UX in design decisions, conducting customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.Demonstrating superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.Owning the Product Backlog, Product Roadmap & Releases.Owning and managing the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.Prioritizing continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems, needs and aligning with leadership on overall product and business strategy.Engaging frequently with the development team: facilitating discussions, providing clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation, contributing to design activities and decisions.Translating unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.Collaborating with Leadership team, Business Users/Stakeholders, Architects, Developers, Product Support team, various internal teams to ensure healthy development process and implement solution.Mentoring junior team members. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)Strong relevant experience in product management, ideally within finance area with solid technical background, communication skills, good organization, presentation skills and attention to detail are critical to the success for this role. Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise Experience in leading and delivering solutions built in Azure/AWS Cloud platforms, web-technologies like C#, .NET Core, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, GitHub, SQL Server, etc.Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles. Keen interest to learning current and emerging technologies.Experience working in an Agile environment. Business Acumen Familiarity with Finance life cycle (leases / loans / asset management).Ability to navigate the organizational matrix: understanding people's roles, foresee obstacles, identifying workarounds, leverage resources and rally teammates.Understanding internal and/or external business models and ability to facilitate active customer engagement.Ability to articulate the value of what is most important to the business/customer to achieve outcomes.Ability to produce functional area information in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams to utilize, using presentation and storytelling concepts.Possessing extensive knowledge of full solution catalog within a business unit and proficiency in discussing each area at an advanced level.Agile Scrum / Product Owner / PMI Certification. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification.
