Python Developer What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of modern data ecosystems, helping organizations improve data accessibility, integration, and real-time availability through scalable and innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and development teams to design, develop, and maintain applications, APIs, and integration services that support critical business processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern architectures, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices while contributing to the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. What You Will Do On a Daily Basis Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and related frameworks.Build and enhance APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.Design secure and scalable backend architectures aligned with best practices.Participate in technical design and solution modeling activities.Develop high-quality code following clean architecture and software engineering principles.Execute unit and integration tests to ensure solution reliability and quality.Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Support deployment activities and promote CI/CD best practices.Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution activities.Contribute to testing phases, including Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and security standards.Support the modernization and continuous improvement of existing applications and services. Your Key Skills Python DevelopmentMicroservices ArchitectureSoftware Architecture Your Main Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.Strong expertise in Python development, including FastAPI, Flask, and related frameworks.Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.Experience with unit and integration testing using frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including: Clean Architecture; Design Patterns; Code Reviews; Git Workflows; CI/CD Pipelines; Observability.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or similar platforms.Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and ALM platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset.Detail-oriented, rigorous, and quality-driven approach.Fluency in English.
