Roles & Responsibilities Gain a thorough understanding of the organizations TechDocs architecture, configuration, standards, and content management processes.Analyze and enhance existing Python-based utilities and automation scripts used for converting Confluence content into Markdown format.Streamline and optimize conversion workflows to support both full-space and partial-space Confluence migrations.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to content conversion, including image rendering, formatting, and asset migration.Collaborate with Global DevOps and platform engineering teams to improve documentation migration processes and toolsets.Support the conversion of selected Confluence pages and spaces into TechDocs-compliant documentation.Enable the ingestion and integration of existing Markdown repositories into the TechDocs ecosystem.Work closely with application and engineering teams to inventory, assess, and migrate developer documentation assets.Develop repeatable processes, guidelines, and best practices for documentation conversion and onboarding.Create comprehensive documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks to enable teams to independently manage future documentation migrations and updates.Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure converted documentation meets established standards.Provide technical recommendations for improving documentation structure, maintainability, and user accessibility.Required Skillsets Demonstrated development experience relevant to Python scripting, automation, and documentation migration.Strong programming experience in Python, including scripting, automation, and code optimization.Hands-on experience working with Markdown for technical documentation authoring and management.Solid experience with Confluence, including page hierarchy, content organization, templates, and migration activities.Experience troubleshooting and resolving content.
