Description

Roles and responsibilities: • Experience or familiarity with Amazon Q in Quicksight / Quick Suite, including conversational and generative BI capabilities. • Experience with Amazon Q Topics and semantic configuration for natural-language analytics. • Familiarity with Quick Suite agents, chat/agent experiences, and Spaces. • Understanding of modern web applications and experience with Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript. • Experience operating a BI Platform-as-a-Service or BI-as-a-Service environment. • Experience supporting custom applications built around Amazon Quicksight APIs. • Experience with embedded Quicksight and programmatic dashboard or asset management. • Experience troubleshooting end-to-end data flows involving Quicksight, Athena, Glue Data Catalog, Lake Formation, S3, and IAM. • Experience supporting serverless architectures involving API Gateway and Lambda. • Experience with Tableau Server infrastructure upgrades, backup/restore, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes. • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and cloud deployment practices. • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change-management practices. • Experience supporting enterprise environments with strong security, governance, and access-control requirements.
