In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for defining frontend architecture, building scalable applications, and creating reusable frameworks that enable exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, backend, AI, and platform teams to deliver secure, accessible, and highly performant applications used at scale. Key Responsibilities Frontend Architecture & Technical Leadership Lead the design and evolution of frontend architecture for enterprise-scale web platforms.Define engineering standards, design patterns, and development best practices.Establish scalable application structures that support maintainability, performance, and long-term growth.Drive technical decision-making and architecture reviews for complex frontend initiatives.Application Development Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend technologies.Build highly scalable, responsive, and user-centric experiences that support complex business workflows.Develop reusable UI components, frameworks, and shared libraries that accelerate development across teams.Ensure applications are robust, maintainable, and production-ready.API & Platform Integration Integrate applications with backend platforms, cloud services, analytics solutions, and data systems.Develop solutions utilizing REST and GraphQL APIs to support seamless user experiences.Collaborate with backend and platform teams to optimize data delivery and application performance.Design efficient client-side data management and integration strategies.Performance & Reliability Optimization Optimize frontend applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and scalability.Conduct performance analysis, profiling, and troubleshooting to improve user experience.Implement monitoring and observability capabilities that support operational excellence.Ensure applications perform consistently across browsers, devices, and environments.User Experience & Accessibility Partner with UX and product teams to transform complex technical capabilities into intuitive workflows.Develop accessible and inclusive user interfaces aligned with industry standards and best practices.Create responsive designs that deliver exceptional experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.Continuously improve usability through feedback, testing, and iterative design.Engineering Quality & DevOps Establish high standards for code quality, testing, and software delivery.Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.Lead code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.Support secure software development and application security initiatives.Mentorship & Team Development Mentor engineers and provide technical coaching across frontend disciplines.Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to engineering excellence programs.Guide teams in adopting modern technologies, tools, and architectural approaches.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, AI, platform, product, design, and business stakeholders.Participate in roadmap planning, technical strategy discussions, and project execution.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Influence product direction through technical expertise and customer-focused thinking.
