Banking Hybrid way of work from Gdansk or Warsaw - 2-3 days per week in the office Budget: 160PLN/h + VAT on B2B contract Introduction & Summary We are seeking to onboard Project Managers to coordinate complex releases within a software exit programme. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of professional experience, fluency in English, and a robust toolkit in data handling and reporting. Key skills include ESG knowledge, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience with reporting system development. Main Responsibilities Participate in ESG report production work.Develop and set up reporting processes for Pillar 3 & Pillar 1.Deliver ESG reporting consistent with guidelines and regulatory requirements.Analyze datasets and compile reports for financial supervisory authorities.Write process requirements for future ESG reporting while collaborating with IT on solution delivery.Perform UAT and dry runs for developed features. Key Requirements Fluency in English.Professional experience: 5+ years.Good knowledge of Excel.Beneficial skills in SQL, Alteryx, and Python.Must have ESG knowledge.Experience in reporting system development.End-to-end process handling and automation.Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience with additional reporting tools.Familiarity with banks' balance sheet structure.Flexibility and adaptability to change.
