Wir finden und prüfen erfahrene Engineers und setzen sie direkt in die Teams unserer Kunden ein. Dein Vertrag läuft über Deployed.team, im Alltag bist du Teil des Kundenteams. Keine Agentur-Schicht zwischen dir und der Arbeit. Der Kunde Ein gut finanziertes deutsches KI-Scale-up, das komplexe Wissensarbeit auf Expertenniveau für Enterprise-Kunden automatisiert: DSGVO-konform, in Deutschland gehostet, in Wochen statt Monaten live. Kund:innen aus Manufacturing, Versicherungen, Handel, Energie und Heiz- und Klimatechnik. Die Rolle Du verantwortest mehrere Enterprise-Implementierungen parallel, jede end-to-end. Du verstehst Systeme, Daten und Prozesse des Endkunden, modellierst die Domäne, baust Komponenten und Datenstrecken selbst und bringst alles in den stabilen Produktivbetrieb. Zeitplan, Stakeholder und Zuschnitt liegen ebenfalls bei dir. Deine Projekte sind nie in derselben Phase. Du entscheidest selbst, was heute Aufmerksamkeit braucht, erkennst Risiken früh und weißt, wann du Nein sagst. Entschieden wird an den Daten Welche Entitäten gibt es? Welches System ist für welches Feld die Wahrheit? Was passiert mit Dubletten? Kann dieser Datenbestand die Frage überhaupt beantworten? Du klärst das früh und entscheidest, auch wenn beim Kunden niemand da ist, der es für dich tut. Nach 12 Monaten hast du mehrere Implementierungen in den stabilen Produktivbetrieb gebrachtein Domänenmodell gebaut, das beim nächsten Kunden derselben Branche als Basis dienteine wiederkehrende Kundenanforderung in die Produkt-Roadmap überführt Für wen das ist Du modellierst Domänen (Entitäten, Beziehungen, Taxonomien) und hast graphbasierte Modellierung praktiziert.Du hast Datenstrecken aus heterogenen Quellen gebaut (Wikis, CMS, Fileshares, ERP, CRM), inkl. Synchronisation, Deduplizierung und Mapping.Du hast Enterprise-Integrationen end-to-end verantwortet (REST, GraphQL) und schreibst Produktivcode selbst.Du kennst LLMs, Prompt Engineering und Enterprise-AI-Deployments aus der Praxis.Du vertrittst deine Arbeit vor Entwickler:innen genauso wie vor dem C-Level.Verhandlungssicheres Englisch. Was wirklich zählt Deutsch auf C1-Niveau ist wichtig für deutsche Kund:innen; bei Fokus auf internationale Accounts melde dich trotzdem. We find and vet senior engineers and embed them directly in our clients' teams. You're engaged through Deployed.team, but day to day you're part of the client's team. No agency layer between you and the work. The client A well-funded German AI scale-up automating complex, expert-level knowledge work for enterprise customers: GDPR-compliant, hosted in Germany, live in weeks rather than months. Customers in manufacturing, insurance, retail, energy and HVAC. The role You own several enterprise implementations at once, each end to end. You learn the customer's systems, data and processes, model the domain, build the components and data pipelines yourself, and take it all into stable production. Scope, stakeholders and timelines are yours too. Your projects are never in the same phase. You decide what needs attention today, catch risks early and know when to say no. Where projects are won or lost: the data Which entities exist? Which system is the source of truth for which field? What happens with duplicates? Can this data even answer the question? You settle it early and make the call, even when nobody on the customer side can. After 12 months you've shipped several implementations to stable productionbuilt a domain model that became the baseline for the next customer in that industrymoved a recurring customer need onto the product roadmap Who this is for You model domains (entities, relationships, taxonomies) and have done graph-based modelling in practice.You've built pipelines from heterogeneous sources (wikis, CMS, file shares, ERP, CRM), incl. sync, deduplication and mapping.You've owned enterprise integrations end to end (REST, GraphQL) and write production code yourself.Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and enterprise AI deployments.You stand behind your work in front of developers and the C-suite alike.Business-fluent English.
