Blue Prism RPA Developer

Job Title: Blue Prism (RPA) Developer Location: Remote – Canada Employment Type: Contract (6 Months) Job Summary We are seeking a Blue Prism Developer with hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Blue Prism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism.Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.Create reusable objects, processes, and scalable automation frameworks.Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot execution and performance.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.Support bot deployment, monitoring, and production releases.Maintain technical documentation, process definitions, and solution designs.Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing automations. Required Skills Hands-on experience developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism.Strong understanding of the RPA development lifecycle and best practices.Experience integrating Blue Prism with enterprise applications and systems.Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Blue Prism certification is a plus.Experience with process analysis and automation solution design.Exposure to Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is an advantage.
