Due to business growth we are currently recruiting for a full time entry level position of Design & Development Engineer.
This position is situated in a fast paced, clean, modern, air-conditioned office, connected to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Saffron Walden, and is available immediately.
Reporting to the R&D manager, the ideal candidate will work closely within a small team and have experience within a design and/or engineering based discipline.

As a design and development engineer, you’ll handle these tasks:
- Overseeing the progression of development projects, either internally or working with existing and new clients
- Completing product and material testing, writing technical reports with an unrivalled attention to detail
- Problem solving over a range of scenarios within established and new production processes
- Assisting other departments in the completion of projects and orders, offering your expertise and guidance where required.
Required qualifications
Degree in a design discipline such as mechanical engineering, product design or similar related subject.
