Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and backend services.
This is a hybrid role based in Irving, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices
Develop and optimize APIs for integration with internal and external systems
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to build and maintain data models and queries
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and troubleshooting production issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture
Implement unit tests and support CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
Document technical designs and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3–5+ years of hands-on Python development experience (adjust based on seniority needed)
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience with RESTful API design and development
Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Exposure to data engineering tools (Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, etc.)
