ROLE SUMMARY AGENT DEVOPS PLATFORM ENGINEER A highly hands-on engineering role responsible for designing, building, and operating AI-driven software delivery platforms, DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure, and security-first CICD ecosystems. The engineer will develop and deploy production-grade AI agents, automate software delivery processes, build secure AWS-based platforms, and establish reusable DevSecOps standards across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and operate AI agents and agentic pipelines to automate SDLC activities such as testing, deployment validation, vulnerability remediation, and release management. • Build and maintain enterprise CICD platforms across Java, Python, Node.js, and .NET environments. • Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS using ECS, EKS, Lambda, ECR, CloudWatch, S3, Secrets Manager, and related services. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and DevOps automation. • Manage AWS IAM, security controls, identity governance, and least-privilege access models. • Embed security, compliance, vulnerability scanning, and automated remediation directly into delivery pipelines. • Define reusable platform standards, automation patterns, and self-service capabilities for engineering teams. • Provide technical leadership and guidance through practical implementation and working solutions. ESSENTIAL SKILLS • Experience with additional programming languages such as Java or .NET is beneficial. • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus. • Knowledge of AI/LLM-based tools and their integration into platforms is advantageous. • Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is helpful. • Prior work on agentic orchestration frameworks is a strong asset. • Strong experience in CICD automation and AWS infrastructure is essential. • Proficiency in Python for automation and API integrations is required. • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is necessary. • A solid understanding of DevSecOps practices is crucial for this role. • Experience in building AI-driven automation tools is a significant advantage. REQUIRED SKILLSETS • 3-5 years of hands-on CICD, cloud, and platform engineering experience in enterprise environments. • Strong proficiency in Python for automation, API integrations, infrastructure tooling, agent services, and production scripting. • Working experience with at least one additional language or ecosystem such as Java, .NET, Groovy, or Node.js. • Hands-on AWS experience designing or operating production workloads. • Practical knowledge of AWS IAM, including roles, policies, trust relationships, cross-account access, least privilege, and service-to-service authentication. • Production experience building and deploying containers with Docker and a container platform such as Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or Amazon EKS. • Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based tools or agents in production or near-production environments. • Strong understanding of LLMOps concepts prompt management, tool use, agent architectures, evaluation, observability, and reliability. • Experience with Git-based workflows, build automation, and release pipelines at scale. • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and cloud-native deployments. • DevSecOps mindset security is a design constraint, not a checklist item.
