Lead Mechanical Engineer

YER Tech Solutions (TS) is looking for an entrepreneurial Lead Mechanical Engineer who wants to be at the forefront of something new. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering capabilities, by writing the SoW based on the customer intakes you will do, helping win projects, defining how we deliver them, and leading their successful execution. You won't inherit a mature organisation with fixed processes and legacy structures. Instead, you'll help create the foundation of a growing engineering business with ambitious plans in the Netherlands and beyond. Your role As Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will bridge engineering, sales and delivery. You will help define project scope, estimate effort and costs, support customer discussions and ultimately take responsibility for successful execution. This means you will be involved before a project starts, while it is being delivered, and during the evaluation afterwards.
