Required skill set "Skills and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Micro frontend (MFE) architectures using Webpack Module Federation and modern React frameworks.Define standards for application composition, routing, shared libraries, reusable components, and cross-MFE communication.Architect scalable state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar tools.Drive frontend performance, accessibility, security, and responsive design best practices. Collaborate with Backend teams on API design, schema validation, and integration strategies.Partner with Platform/DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD, observability, and deployment processes.Mentor engineers and influence frontend engineering standards across teams. Required Qualifications Good years of experience building large-scale frontend applications.Expert-level proficiency in React and modern frontend development.Hands-on experience with Micro frontends, Module Federation, and distributed frontend architectures.Strong expertise in Redux, Context API, and frontend state management patterns.Experience building and maintaining shared component libraries/design systems. Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and scalability.Experience working closely with backend teams and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.Familiarity with frontend DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to HaveExperience with Next.js, Remix, Turborepo, or Nx.Knowledge of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, GraphQL, and edge architectures. Experience building platform-level SDKs, frameworks, or enterprise design systems.
