The Role Develop robust applications using C# .NET within a Windows environment Take ownership of complex tasks through the full software development lifecycle Apply object-oriented design principles and software verification and validation techniques Develop and maintain web-based applications Contribute to automated testing frameworks and continuous integration and delivery practices Work collaboratively with a skilled team while delivering tasks independently What You'll Need Strong experience in C# .NET software development, including web-based applications Sound understanding of object-oriented design and software development methodologies Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including automated testing and CI/CD Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and understanding of microservices architecture Full UK Security Check (SC) clearance is essential Desirable: Experience in defence/electronic warfare, WPF, WinForms, Visual Studio, DOORS, Cameo, Azure DevOps, C++ development What's On Offer An initial 12-month contract opportunity Hybrid working arrangement (4 days onsite in Luton, 1 day remote) Opportunity to contribute to innovative and critical defence technology Apply via Haystack today!
