Role: Sr. Software Quality Engineer Location: Ontario, Canada - Hybrid Duration: 6-12 Month Contract Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Test Automation5+ years of programming experience using Java, Python, Groovy, or similar languagesProven experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworksHands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, RestAssured, or similar toolsExperience testing APIs, integrations, databases, microservices, functional/non-functional requirements, and regression testingFamiliarity with JUnit, TestNG, qTest, ReadyAPI, and JMeterStrong understanding of TDD, ATDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, and Risk-Based TestingExperience testing AI/ML applications, Generative AI, conversational systems, and AI-powered APIsKnowledge of AI quality testing, including prompt evaluation, grounding, accuracy, relevance, hallucination, bias, toxicity, and response consistencyExperience creating test data and evaluation datasets for AI-driven applicationsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment
