A large Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations program is kicking off in Melbourne.
A senior, hands-on D365 F&O developer is required to join the delivery team.
This is a proper build role.
It needs someone who can code, work through technical design, and support delivery end to end.
Not a functional-only position.
What the role will be doing
Building and extending D365 F&O using X++ (customisations, extensions, fixes, enhancements)Translating requirements into technical designs and build tasks (working with functional and solution architecture as required)Developing and supporting integrations (APIs, data entities, middleware patterns, upstream/downstream impacts)Supporting data migration activities (data entities, mappings, validation, reconciliation, cutover support)Working across environments and release cycles (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), including build promotion and deployment supportSupporting SIT/UAT: defect triage, fixes, retesting, and go-live readinessProducing clear technical delivery artefacts (technical specs, build notes, deployment notes, change records)What is needed
Proven experience delivering as a D365 Finance & Operations developer/technical consultantStrong X++ development capability and experience working in a structured delivery environmentSolid understanding of D365 F&O architecture and extension patterns (build that survives upgrades)Experience working with Azure DevOps (or similar) for work items, source control, and release managementComfortable working with stakeholders across Finance and Operations, but from a technical delivery perspectiveNice to have:
