The Role
Design, develop, maintain, and improve software and technical solutions Play a key role in redesigning monolithic legacy products in AWS Champion AWS best practices and mentor team members Focus on overall product quality and develop/maintain unit and integration tests Responsibly self-manage workload and participate in code reviews Utilize generative AI across the development lifecycle, including refinement, planning, implementation, testing, and code review, while ensuring quality gates are met
What You'll Need
5+ years of relevant software engineering experience Strong experience with C# (.NET 8), React, and SQL Experience developing cloud-native applications in AWS and understanding of DevOps best practices (GitHub, Terraform) Hands-on professional experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and a repeatable approach to AI-assisted delivery Strong working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) data and clinical workflows, including FHIR/HL7 interoperability or clinical/claims data integration Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and writing testable code
