Senior Mechanical Engineer

Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior HW Mechanical Engineer for our client from the Engineering industry. Offered salary Salary: from 11 000 to 13 000 PLN gross/month, depending on experience and competences. You’re ideal for this role if you: Have strong practical knowledge of GD&T and tolerance management, including tolerance stack-up analysis. Have 5+ years of experience with manufacturing technologies, including sheet metal, plastics, and die casting. Understand mechanical design requirements related to EMC and ESD prevention. Have hands-on knowledge of thermal management and heat dissipation in head units, including active cooling, MCIP, and alternative cooling technologies. Have experience working with Polarion, DOORS, and DFMEA. Have experience interpreting customer and internal engineering requirements. Are comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including CAD, Electrical Engineering, Validation, and Material Engineering. Have experience supporting BOM development and managing mechanical aspects of product development. Have a very good command of English, both written and spoken. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Analyzing and interpreting customer and internal requirements using Polarion and DOORS. Leading the mechanical design of automotive compute units / ECUs and working closely with CAD designers. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, including Electrical Engineering, Validation, and Material Engineering. Managing dimensional accuracy to ensure proper product assembly, fit, and functionality. Performing tolerance stack-up analyses and defining appropriate dimensional and geometrical tolerances. Supporting mechanical design decisions related to EMC, ESD, and thermal management. Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Bill of Materials (BOM). Participating in design reviews and supporting engineering decisions throughout the product development lifecycle. Supporting the project through key development phases, from A-sample towards production.
